Jerome Namaseb

Chief Executive Officer

Jerome is a finance professional who completed his BSc. Hons in Actuarial Science and Mathematics at the University of Manchester. Jerome is also a holder of a Bachelor of Economics Honours and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST).

Prior to joining The DGHV, Jerome was previously the Head of Retail Transactional Banking at FNB Namibia, a leading financial services provider in Namibia.

Justina Nghinanamunhu

Senior Administrator: Finance & Administration

Justina Nghinanamunhu is a finance professional with a Bachelor of Finance Management Honors from the International University of Management. Her commitment to professional development is underscored by her acquisition of a Green Hydrogen Specialist: Project Development and Economics Certificate from the Renewables Academy (RENAC) in Berlin, Germany.
In addition to her advanced degree and specialized certification, Justina also possesses a High Diploma, a High Certificate, and a Certificate in Finance Management, all earned at the International University of Management.

With impressive experience in finance and administration, Justina brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Daures Green Hydrogen Village. Within the company, she dedicates her efforts to overseeing financial and administrative functions, showcasing her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her professional responsibilities.

Jason Angula

Acting Manager: Agricultural Analyst

Jason Angula brings a strong educational background and hands-on experience in agriculture and renewable energy to the Daures Green Hydrogen Village project. His journey in the field began with a Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Namibia, followed by an in-depth exploration of crop science at the same university where he earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree.
Prior to joining the Daures Green Hydrogen Village project, Jason served as a technician for a seed project under the Namibian Agronomic Board and the University of Namibia. In this role, he gained valuable insights into the intricacies of seed production, agronomy practices, and sustainable agriculture.
To enhance his expertise and contribute to the intersection of agriculture and renewable energy, Jason pursued a certificate in Renewables, Sustainability, Energy-Demand, Power to X, and Derivatives from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences (Germany) in collaboration with the Namibian University of Science and Technology. This additional qualification equips him with a broader understanding of the dynamics between agriculture and renewable energy, aligning perfectly with the innovative initiatives of the Daures Green Hydrogen Village project.
As an Agricultural Analyst on the Daures Green Hydrogen Village project, Jason leverages his diverse skill set to analyze and optimize agricultural practices within the context of sustainable and renewable energy solutions. His commitment to advancing agricultural sustainability and integrating renewable energy sources positions him as a valuable contributor to the success of the project.

Edwig Kamati

Supervisor: Agricultural Analyst

Edwig Kamati is a highly accomplished agricultural professional with a strong academic background and a passion for sustainable farming practices. Raised in a family of three, Edwig holds a Higher Diploma in Agriculture and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Crop Science) Honours from the University of Namibia. Her exceptional academic achievements at UNAM include being recognized as the best 2nd-year diploma in agriculture student, Best 3rd-year Student, Best Undergraduate Student, and Most Exemplary Student on Campus. In 2022, she joined Daures Green Hydrogen Village (DGHV) as an Agricultural Analyst. To further enhance her expertise, Edwig completed a certificate in Renewables, Sustainability, Energy-demand, Power to X, and Derivatives from RheinMain University of Applied Science (Germany) in collaboration with the Namibian University of Science and Technology. In her role at DGHV, Edwig plays a crucial part in implementing sustainable farming techniques, overseeing crop cultivation in the state-of-the-art butterfly greenhouse, and ensuring successful harvests. Her contributions are integral to the overall success of Daures Green Hydrogen’s groundbreaking initiative.

Oshondahala Immanuel

Office Assistant

Oshondahala Immanuel was born in Oshikuku and raised in Ogongo. She completed her high school education in Tsumeb and pursued a diploma in Local Government Studies from the University of Namibia, graduating in 2019. Before joining Daures Green Hydrogen Village, she worked as a Registry Office Administrator at the Directorate of Education in Oshakati in 2021 and served as a Youth Ambassador for the Electoral Commission of Namibia in 2015.
In her current role at Daures Green Hydrogen Village, Oshondahala plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by handling administrative tasks with precision and care, making her an invaluable member of the team.

Deon Uiseb

Community Liaison Officer

Deon Uiseb, born and raised in Uis, completed high school at Omaruru. Following this pursued his career in the technical field as a Welding and fabricator. Before joining Daures Green Hydrogen Village I was a Conversancy Management Committee (CMC)member and was also on various youth committees. Now at Daures Green Hydrogen Village, I am a Community Liaison Officer I focus on good communication between the Daure-daman community and Daures Green Hydrogen Village.

Sidney De Klerk

Water Treatment Operator

Sidney De Klerk, was born in Swakopmund and raised in Henties Bay. Sidney brings hands-on experience in the Demineralization Water Treatment Plant & Waste Water Treatment Plant to the Daures Green Hydrogen Village project.
Before joining the Daures Green Hydrogen Village, he was the Maintenance officer and the Desalination Water Treatment Plant Operator at Cape Cross Lodge. He has 7 years of working experience as a water treatment operator and has a keen eye for details, including purification, filtration, and chemical dosing.
